Resident Company

Leo Bond

Artistic Associate, Resident Dramaturg

Leo fell in love with theater at the ripe old age of eleven after seeing a production of The Sound of Music. Although the works of William Shakespeare remain his deepest love, Leo secretly still adores musicals. Leo has earned a BA in Theater from DeSales University, an MA in Education from Boston College, and an MA in Theater from Villanova University. Career highlights include four seasons (and counting!) with Berserker Theatre, three seasons with the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, writing and producing a new work world premiere at the Philadelphia Fringe Festival, and directing a solo performance production for United Solo, the largest solo theater festival in the world. Leo credits his eight siblings for his deep love of communal creative play and is absolutely delighted to share his passion for active embodied theater with Berserker Theatre and its audiences.
